Peacock Café has always been my go to in Georgetown and I have lived in the area for the last 6 years. The owners are the kindest and all the staff as well. I especially love the brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Best scrambled eggs :) I promise whether you come for brunch, lunch, or dinner you will never be disappointed. Beautiful flowers at the bar, where I usually dine. Great atmosphere, too. Not too loud and well lit.

Our waitress, ROSE was raw vegan and couldn't offer any entree suggestions. It seems like ROSE did not understand the menu or any of the flavor profiles. I couldn't decide what I wanted. She seemed bothered by that. She seemed very passive aggressive. She warmed when it was time to pay the bill. So sad.
Enjoyed a very relaxed evening at this place with my daughter after a long while! Very courteous service and great tasting food
Outstanding high quality cuisine at reasonable prices (wine by the glass is a bit expensive, but this is Georgetown). The food and service rarely disappoint here.
We had a great time, good food, great service. We had in our party a baby in a stroller, they were very attentive and kind to her.

Bruschetta bread was drenched in vinegar. Not happy with food quality.

We stopped by Peacock Cafe this morning and had a great experience. We were asked if we had a reservation and were seated shortly after. We got the cheeseburger and the James Dean sandwich—both were really good. Nice spot overall with solid food and service

Notes in my reservation that I would like outdoor seating if available for a special lunch. They accommodated my request and gave us a lovely table. The lunch menu was quite extensive and flexible allowing for different proteins to be added to multiple salads. Everything was delicious!
The Peacock Cafe is fantastic. I go there often and the food is great, service excellent and the owner is always present checking on things with his customers! I would give it an A+.

I had such a lovely experience at Café Peacock. I tried both the lobster salad and the peacock salad, and they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, well balanced, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere of the café made the meal even more enjoyable and relaxed yet elegant, with great attention to detail. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

100% recommend! The breakfast sandwich, french toast, and cappuccino are the best brunch in Georgetown and my go-to for years!!
I always feel so welcome at Peacock Café. When we walked in, the hostess has greeted me by my name. Perhaps we were the only ones with a reservation at that hour, but I was touched by the personal gesture. The food is always inventive and delicious with hints of Persia, like pistachio soup. The wine list is extensive, but has something at every price point. I noticed that college students can afford to dine there, sitting next to people having a splash out occasion with expensive champagne. Highly recommend!
Gohdsi quiche is the most incredible dish. Everyone is so nice. The only breakfast place in dc I will continually come back to because there are so many amazing options on the menu and they all taste amazing.
