the matcha here is so incredibly .. bland... i've tried matcha at lots of places and the one here ranks near lowest. i've asked the barista to add more matcha powder, and the matcha still turned out to taste like iced milk.. defo not recommend the matcha , idk if the other drinks are better

Stopped by there while visiting DC from Georgia. They wouldn't serve me without vax paper. How welcoming. This place discriminates people and for some reason believes that I have to share my medical history with a cashier. What is this place? A hospital?

I got fired when I used to work here a year prior they had someone who was unstable working at Peets and had me closing with him almost everyday, I was being harassed and talked to like a dog on the street I got called out of my name and got fired ? asm and sm aren’t that great they just say there and did nothing if someone calls you out of your name don’t be afraid to speak up. ?
I was in the shop when they were arguing and it seems the black girl just was by herself in the situation nobody else tried to help or escort the man who was calling her out of her name out of the store. Cold brew was good though.
