Usually love compass coffee but this guy and this location clearly had no idea what they were doing. How do you get a coffee freeze wrong? How do you forget to add the coffee?! Got attitude when I pointed that out and then he forgot the whip cream after adding the coffee. Very disappointing

Good for a grab and go… not a hang out spot. Very limited for seating. Always busy and too many loud people around. But service was great, british accent at the register, and pumpkin spice latter is amazing as always. Compass stay as good as you are..

I often order from Compass on my way to work. This store is always busy, the service is slow, and it’s usually a mess. I can handle those things as long as my coffee is made well. However, today I actually saw a roach crawling on the counter. Another customer saw it too and we exchanged an alarmed glance. To top that off, my latte was terribly bitter. I would have asked the barista to re-make it, but I was in a rush to get back to my office for a meeting. I hope management puts new policies in place to improve the customer experience at this location.

Ive been coming to this coffee shop for months and what i seen yesterday shocked me very much. A HUGE ROACH crawling on the condiment bar as i grabbed for my sugars! This place use to have good coffee now its just made as if they are in a rush. And when complaining to the manager he just brushed me off.
While exploring downtown, we found this busy coffee shop with a display case full of pretty pastries and cookies. Albeit it was very crowded that day, we were able to find a corner table to sit at and enjoy a lovely atmosphere, scrumptious latter, and Apple Turnover- it’s something delicious! Thank you for this experience!

We ordered a caramel freeze and iced pumpkin spice latte. The Caramel freeze was completely white and essentially just tasted like frozen milk. I asked the staff what was up and they acted like that was totally normal. The pumpkin spice latte had a thick layer of pumpkin syrup at the bottom the destroyed the taste of the whole drink, making it taste like cheap pumpkin liquor had been poured in. It was not sweet at all, instead had a sharp bitter taste. Rough…
