I love Peet's coffee and what solidified that feel aside from the fantastic coffee. Was that the customer service was outstanding in particular Mia. She made me feel valued as a customer. She was so attentive to my concerns and addressed my issues in a professional manner . She was so polite and kind on how she handled the matter. Positive praise too Peet's coffee for having a wonderful, pleasant staff member. Thanks Mia, you rock!

Peet's Coffee: A Jitter-Free Triumph Thanks to Dee!
Stepping into Peet's Coffee for the first time, I was on a desperate mission: find a pick-me-up that wouldn't send me into a caffeine-induced frenzy. Thankfully, Dee, my barista, was on the case.
When I explained my need for a wake-up call without the jitters, Dee immediately impressed me with his exemplary customer service. He thoughtfully asked if I preferred a hot or cold drink, then hit me with a recommendation I never would've considered: a Matcha tea with Lemonade and Peach.
And let me tell you, it was a perfect combination! Exactly what I needed to feel energized and focused without any unpleasant side effects. Dee's recommendation was spot-on, making my first Peet's experience an absolute win. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a nice enough coffee shop, although not exceptional. Come in early for a better chance of getting your first choice of breakfast foods. The turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwiches, chocolate croissants, and other popular items sell out by late morning. I appreciate that the baked goods are made at a local bakery.
Great coffee. Great staff.

I got a cappuccino and an egg sandwich. The cappuccino was okay and sandwich wasn’t warmed enough. They have restroom with locks. But the customers don’t respect the bathrooms it seems. It was a complete disaster.

This Peet’s Coffee is a nice spot with a super friendly cashier who always makes your day better. It can get busy, especially in the mornings, and the tables are usually full of people working or studying. Still, the coffee is great, and the positive vibe keeps it worth coming back to.

Someone came in with a dog. Dog wad behind countet. Yuck.
Please... unless it's a service dog... keep it out of the restaurants and cafes
Very friendly staff. Wasn’t busy around the time that I went so I was tended to and received my order quickly. They saved us from nasty hotel coffee.
