First visit to a Peet's coffee shop. I've had their coffee at other places but never their own establishment. Customer service was great from the start. The barista asked what kind of coffee I typically like. I told him I like to try new things. He made me a hot dirty vanilla chai. It tasted fantastic. I came here to study and they have plenty of room to do just that. Outlets everywhere including throughout the floor, so no problem scoping that out when you walk in and come with an uncharged laptop. After an hour of studying, I ordered my second drink and some sustenance. This time I ordered a hot hazelnut latte, extra hazelnut and a hot ham & cheese sandwich, extra crispy. It tasted perfect and was not skimpy on the ham or cheese. It's a rainy Saturday afternoon and the people here definitely came to get some work and studying done. It's quiet, the music is just the right volume, and the barista even brought my orders right to me. I'll definitely be back!

Stayed at the hotel close by and wanted to grab coffee. Peet's coffee was conveniently across the street. The staff were nice and quick!Ordered the amazing caramel iced coffee! I had to compliment the barista because he did such a phenomenal job!

The very sweet and friendly Peets baristas were the first two people I talked to this morning and I had to write a review! Naturally I wanted a seasonal drink. I told the cashier I wanted the pumpkin latte but that I was new to pumpkin. She suggested I mix with white chocolate bc the pumpkin is strong. We love a recommendation! And my drink is tasty!! Thank you!!I came in around noon and was also so glad to know they had waffle sandwiches left bc they are just so so good! Annnnd I had a birthday reward for a free drink so ofc we got large annnd I had enough points for a warm treat or whatever so my sandwich was free too!! They both said happy birthday when handing me my things and I am just so glad I picked this spot to spend my personal admin day or whatever we call getting our life together on a Saturday afternoon!
The food and service are great, but I can't eat here anymore because I noticed the piles and piles of dead bugs in the windowsill and I get sick whenever I think about it
