Please, for the love of all that is good, CHANGE UP THE MUSIC FOR NEXT YEAR. They play the same horrible playlist on a loud, mind-numbing loop, and are unwilling to A)change the playlist and B) turn the music down. This is an expensive membership -some variety would be nice.
This year whoever is in charge of the music also added some bizarre Christmas music, a song that sounds like an orchestra tuning their instruments and spoken word poetry? Not funny. More annoying.

There are cameras in the locker rooms. It's extremely unsettling to know the are recording you while you are getting changed. They are also saving these videos and there is no mention on what security measures they are taking to insure the nude videos of their members don't get hacked.

I’ve been a regular here for over a decade with ebbing and flowing service. I must say that Sama is a terrific server who has given us the true VIP penthouse experience every time we’re here! I highly recommend Vida U Street. Come for the experience, attentive service and the “views!”

went here to have day with friends and found that the service was incredible. my friends weee treated well individually as well as a group. every accomodation was met with ease and care. thank you to morgan and sama for making the penthouse pool and lounge an wonderful, repeatable, and reliable experience. it's all about the service; morgan and sama show-up with care-filled considersation, everytime.

Celebrated my birthday at the pool today. Sama made sure it was an amazing time even though it was insanely busy and he was one of the only staff on the deck. Really made the day perfect. Thank you so much!
Love coming here! Weekends have gotten really competitive as far as getting a prime spot but thankfully I have week day availability and there is always plenty of space.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Sama in particular is awe some and very attentive to the guests.
