It's an American diner run by Asians. It was dirty and the food was horrible but the service was even worse. The waitress acted like we were bothering her the whole time and she forgot half our order (we all ordered the same thing). The burgers come with no sides, just a burger. The hot dog was literally just a hot dog in a bun with no toppings. The milkshakes were served in paper cups with thin paper straws that were too thin for the milkshakes. I've eaten better street food from a cart. Not sure how this place survives in DC when there are so many better options available.

Very small place on 2nd close to Capital and Library. The ladies providing service (? family) extremely efficient and caring ensuring your breakfast is brought to you immediately off the grill hot. Also quick in refilling our coffee cups ++++. Thank you for your prompt service ladies, kudos !

Vegetarian options: The daily veggie combo is always delicious and always different. Do not overlook it because the name doesn’t sound exciting!

Food was great and had my coffee served in a proper mug & topped up 3 or 4 times, it was great. I'll be back tomorrow.

Love the resident kitty, and the food hit the spot. Excellent service!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a diner such as this - only a few blocks from Capital Hill! They had a space for us that we could eat at, and the service - while brusque - got the job done. Honestly it was a perfect quick stop for some filling food and water. Would come again!

That's not really good. We were greeted coldly. And it's honestly not good.
