Pete's New Haven Style Apizza

They make a pretty good New Haven style pizza, and the interior of the place is pretty cool as well.

Liars. Ordered a full fresh pie, came with slices that were obviously left over and put together to seem as if it was just made. Called and they just said oh, well, I can help if you want to come here and pick it up. I don’t have a car so that’s absolutely no help. Would not admit that they did it - the slices don’t even fit together! “Oh that happens sometimes when it’s double cut.” It defies physics after a double cut?? Never ordering this stale garbage ever again

Mushroom 🍄 slice and Sicilian Pepperoni were out of this world! Pete's needs a combo special like 2 slices and a drink for $10. Less thinking, more buying...I'm just saying. Thanks Pete!

Very good food/pizza!!! Difficult to find in Maryland. You order at front, pick up food, and bring it to your table. No waiter staff to bring food and / or clean up.

Large selection of menu items including whole pies and pizza by the slice. Definitely New Haven style with thin chewy crust. Great taste, quick service, lots of seating inside and out.

Cool space in DC. The pizza has great crisp. First time having the New Haven style and I am sold. Great stuff

My bf and I are both from NY so we’re picky about our pizza, and Pete’s is our go-to in DC!

We enjoyed lunch here yesterday with my daughter and another family. The pizza is solid, though I don't find anything distinctive about New Haven style in terms of the taste or texture (seems like a normal thin crust pizza!). I like that you can order a variety of pizzas by the slice and they have ample seating inside and put. It was a lovely afternoon so we sat outside. Also, bonus points for the natural sodas they have on tap, yum. Slight deduction that they oddly don't serve their ice cream by the scoop, you have to basically buy a pint and sort it out yourself. Strange.

I think the pizza is okay at best and The kids like. Being from Jersey the pizza and knowing Italian quality pizza the pizza didn't blow my mind. However, when I pick up for delivers the customer service is top tier the staff is always friendly . The atmosphere is always chill.

I really tried hard to order food from here. I tried to order it on the website, and I couldn’t. So I walked in, and I kept getting shuttled from one line to another line and people kept cutting in front of me over and over and over again, and I waited inside for almost a half an hour. Employees literally ignored me. The people that walked in after I walked in got their pizzas before I walked out having never ordered. Screw that.
