Meh. Should have known better when I walked in and heard Hispanic music playing instead of traditional Asian. Could understand if this were Hispanic cuisine but it is supposed to be Vietnamese. Disappointed and bummed. Pho was okay. More bland than I have had at other locations. Spring rolls were decent. Overall not
I ordered the tofu banh mi with spring rolls. The banh mi was fine but the rice paper wrap on the spring rolls was so thick and chewy it was all you could taste and made the spring rolls hard to eat. It comes with the fuji apple broth it was nice but a little sweet for my preference.
