Finally a place at DC that delivers good food and good service. Been here twice, 1st time pork and rice and 2nd #6Pho and both were delicious. Recommend. Other PHO places I have tried at DC PHO taste too sweet. Here was good.

This is the greatest restaurant I’ve eaten in Washington DC. Not only is it family owned but the customer service here is out of this world. So much to the point that I’m eating here twice a week. If you haven’t checked out this restaurant, please do the flavors are to die for.

I ordered on Door Dash and received the wrong items. I immediately called them and inform them of receiving the wrong items. The man that answered the phone argued that I didn’t receive the wrong items. I attempted to tell him what my DoorDash order/receipt stated but he would not listen. Food is really not worth the hassle or poor customer service. I don’t eat beef and they sent this and said that I made a mistake. Joke of a business.

The food was delicious, with very fast service but the biggest bonus was the nicest and most chill chef. We felt very welcomed and our visit here was the highlight of our city tour.
I’ve been here before on a previous trip and had to come back here! They have amazing pho and vermicelli dishes. I always am sure to stop in here when I visit.

The pho here is fantastic! The broth is hot, flavorful, and so comforting. The restaurant is very clean and well-kept, which makes the dining experience even better. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious bowl of pho—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Picked up dinner, and it was delicious! The pho was really flavorful, and the vermicelli bowl was one of the best I’ve had! Staff was super friendly too.

I got the #1 pho and a #34 egg rolls, which were both delicious. Pho 79 is definitely one of my favorite pho places, the broth they use is not too salty, and it is so flavorful. All the ingredients they use in the pho also seem like high quality, something that can’t be said for many pho places. The egg rolls came with nuoc mam (fish sauce) and were also good. I do wish that they would come with lettuce and mint leaves though.
