Extremely slow service on a Sunday evening (took 40 minutes just to get pho and grilled chicken). The food was solid but the slow wait time and price felt pretty pricey ($16 for what i would consider a small bowl of pho) but not worth the wait if the day is slow.
I heard another table get told they had to wait another 15 min after waiting for probably at least 20 min already (they entered not long after we did)

We were disappointed at this restaurant. The waitress got our orders entirely wrong. After 30 minutes of waiting, only 1 of the 2 appetizers came. We had no refills to our drinks the entire time as she catered every tables inside the eatery except ours. At the end, she made us walk up to the counter to pay for our food while she brings the receipt to the other patrons at the eatery to their table.

They forgot to put our order in for 15mins and instead of moving us up in line they said we had to wait in the order queue for 30more mins. We left.

It smells like a dive bar bathroom and the food isn’t much better. I didn’t get violently ill though so I guess that’s 2 stars?

Great service! Food came out piping hot in less than 10 minutes. I had veggie spring rolls and my son had the shrimp pho. Both were delicious although I personally could’ve used more flavor in the pho. Love the decor and was able to find street parking right out back. Mind you, it was the middle of the day on a Friday. Wasn’t too busy inside but the ambience and music was nice.

I really love the food from this place, but the only reason I don't get food here more often is because they really use a ton of plastic for their takeout. I really wish they could find some more sustainable materials so I don't end up using three different plastic containers every time I want to get pho.

It was a very good, large bowl of Pho. Unless you have a big appetite, you won't be able to finish it all. I had to take the rest home, and this allowed me to have a very filling meal the next day.

I ordered Pho with shrimp the next day I was sick all day throwing up never again will I eat from here
I'm grateful to have this place in the neighborhood and carry me through the cold and flu season. Of the handful of times I've come, only once was service slow; otherwise, it's very fast. Proportions are good. Broth could be more flavorful. I don't recommend the summer rolls, which are mostly lettuce. I recommend the consistently good pho when you're sick, hungry, or hungover.

Wanted to leave a review bc people seem to either love it or hate it. As an exclusively pho lover, the pho is solid. Service wasn’t too slow either, as someone else had pointed out. Their take out orders were nonstop, if that’s any indication of the food quality.
I absolutely love this place. The pho broth is so delicious and flavorful. My go to Pho spot when I need to feel better from being sick or just have a craving!!
