I was impressed that the thin slices of beef came out very rare as it should be in order to be further cooked by the broth. The broth was not my favorite, but good enough. I really liked how ordering through the toast app allowed me to customize the toppings. I don’t like bean sprouts in my pho so I was able to choose no bean sprouts and add extra jalapeños. Little more than I’m used to paying for pho but it’s also not located in an inexpensive strip mall in Virginia so I’m sure their rent is way higher. I like the convenience! The ambiance was super chill!

Hands down the absolute best pho in DC. We tried the vegan one at that and it had the most flavorful broth with levels of complexity. Bowl full of silken tofu fried to perfection but in a most unique way. For $19 it was worth it. The service was excellent. The whole experience this guy has put his all into. Pho Junky indeed. It’s like he was in search of the best and decided to make it himself. Does not disappoint. My only suggestion is to have a fried vegetarian spring roll option.

This was my first time trying pho at this location and I’m definite I won’t try it again. I ordered the beef pho with the works to go. When i got home to prepare my bowel i added all my fixing and after pouring my broth and stirring it up i noticed i had all of these veggies, broth and meat but barely any noodles. Im not sure how they decide the noodle to broth ratio but i was very disappointed. I eat pho at least twice a week and im never able to finish my bowl. I always have enough for leftovers but this serving was not even half of what i normally get at other restaurants. I was still hungry and disappointed. If this is standard , it’s not worth the $.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! Straight forward menu and the pho was perfection! Outstanding customer service and attention to detail and super clean restaurant and bathroom. So glad our family came in on this cold afternoon to warm up with some delicious and healthy pho!! 🫶
