Super dirty inside, smells bad (like a cockroach-y must) ingredients do not seem fresh, chicken is gristle-y, bread is stale. Tried bc I lived around the corner but absolutely no reason to take advantage of the convenience when pho 72 is just a ten minute walk away. Not even that cheap.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and regretted my choice after the first bite, even though the place has a 4.7 rating on the app. The chicken pho was a complete letdown. The broth tasted overwhelmingly of caramelized onions (yes, the broth had some), with no hints of cinnamon, star anise, or any other pho spices. The chicken was just shredded meat, covered in way too much pepper. They didn’t include cilantro, only three basil leaves, and the jalapeño slices were nearly two inches thick. Honestly, I wish I could give this place at least two stars, but the chicken is going to my dog, and the soup is going straight in the trash. It’s hard to understand why so many people think this place is worth the money.

I feel deceived by not only the people who made my veggie pho, but also by those who rated it highly. The broth tasted off, the vegetables were sad, minimal, and had no flavor, carrots were mushy, and basil was missing. Not great.

Terrible customer aervice!!! This was my 2nd time that they "didn't have" utensils to take the meal and I did ask the person taking the order and came with the worst answers to provide. Definitely not coming back and not recommending it.
