I was excited to try this place but was really disappointed. The broth was actually very good but they gave us none of the usual stuff: hoisin, siracha, basil etc etc. And I even paid for ‘extra siracha’, which is why I think they gave us 1 tiny packet but that was it.

Do not get the bahn Mi if you like them. It was DRENCHED in mayo to the point where it was almost inedible.

Would not order from here again.

The food is delicious but customer service can use a bit of improvement. I am often left standing and waiting for someone to acknowedge me for a pick up or placing an order. There will be no line & its is not busy but I will stand there waiting 5-8 minutes being ignored.

Food was ok service was bad.

We went around opening time and there was no one but us. Maybe about 30mns in, they started getting a lot of pick up orders. We couldn't flag down the waiter (only one working) cause she was too busy handling the pick up orders.

When we finally flagged her down after 30mns of waiting we asked for the check. She said ok and then told us to pay at the register. Why didn't she just say that from the beginning?...
