Not sure of the quality of food yet...But I have placed an order that is to be delivered today(hopefully).When I call the mailbox is full and I do not get a response from email or their Instagram.I took a leap of faith after the good reviews here, but scared that I made a mistake. Basically I have to sit around all day and wait, so forget running errands or visiting my family like I usually do on Sundays.Need better communication

I have had deliveries missing meals. I have been served meat that had gone bad. I have paid for meals, and the order been accepted, but never delivered. At no point have I been refunded or credited for these errors.
Today, I learned that they changed their delivery radius, so now I am outside their zone and have to go to their warehouse if I want to use my remaining credits. I received no notice about this change, and, again, no option for refund. And I only learned about this after I texted a number from a previous communication - not called or emailed them, because that has never gotten me a response.
This place just takes your money and does the bare minimum to do their job. AVOID.

Phresh Gourmet is a great weekly meal delivery service. We used them for three months after my son was born. The food was delicious and the time savings were a life saver. We ate healthier food, more delicious food, and less expensive food than we would have otherwise. I heartily recommend them.

I definitely recommend Phresh gourmet meal delivery service! I have a busy work schedule so i rarely have time to cook at home but Phresh gourmet has taken some of the burden off. I get to choose from a new menu every week with options for healthy & delicious meals.
Great experience with Phresh Gourmet.Placed an order with Phresh Gourmet on Friday for the first time after receiving an impressive customer service interaction from Mr. Manny during an initial phone call. He was very informative and courteous during the entire conversation while describing what Phresh Gourmet has to offer. The website information was clear and precise with lots of healthy & delicious individual oven/microwave to the table Phresh Gourmet dinners to choose from. The delivery gentleman was very polite and also displayed that Phresh Gourmet takes pride in all that they offer to their customers. We received a 30 miniute notification as previously promised prior to the delivery in which was precisely what the ETA has specified it would be. Based on the delicious taste of what we had to eat so far, we look forward in continuing to place our orders with Phresh Gourmet during the next ordering cycle. Overall, very pleasant staff with no regrets and 5 Stars.Thank you very much Mr. Manny & your staff for making our busy life simple while consuming healthy & well prepared dinners on the go.
