Pinsa Love is a unique restaurant that offers exceptional pizzas with a variety of creative toppings. The Carbone crust, praised for its delightful texture, is a standout feature. While the prices may be slightly higher, the pizzas have received high praise for their crispy, thick yet light crust. Currently operating as a mobile order spot, customers can order online and pick up their pizzas upon arrival.

The restaurant is a permanent pop-up inside their workshop, where they make pinsa (pizza with a light and crispy crust) daily to sell in the frozen section at local Whole Foods stores. The founder, who is from Bethesda, has received training in Italy on how to create the perfect dough.

Customers can order from a screen, with a selection of 21 different pinsa varieties. The portions are generous, with one pinsa being filling for one adult. Recommendations include the pinsa with a variety of meats and jalapeno. Bottled water and San Pellegrino are also available for purchase.

The space is primarily a production area, so there are no restrooms or a designated place to wipe hands, which can get oily. However, there are a few tables outside for customers to enjoy their meals.
