A permanent pop up inside their workshop where they make pinsa (pizza with a light and crispy crust) every day to sell in the frozen section at area Whole Foods, it's worth a visit for a more unique pizza experience. The founder is from Bethesda, but trained in Italy on how to create the dough.

Don't have a pic because it was too good. Just knowwww it was as beautiful as it tasted. Then what wuz more beautiful was the owner who took my call. He also listened and accepted my suggestions. I was already hooked now I'm locked in. ???

This hidden gem tucked away in an alleyway was a fantastic discovery. Currently operating as a mobile order spot with a storefront on the way, this pizza place prioritizes quality. The toppings are exceptional, featuring complex calabrian chili oils, smoky sliced and crumbled meats, and delectable whipped cheeses. I highly recommend upgrading to the Carbone crust; its crunchy, airy, and fresh textures truly make it a standout signature menu item.
