This place has seriously gone downhill. Waited almost 40 mins to get my pizza, just to receive one without sauce. Additionally, several people who came in after me had their orders comped or received a free cookie/drink for the wait, yet I never even received an apology for the wait. I have been a loyal customer for the past 4 years but this will be my last time eating here.

worst experience at &pizza ever. This is my favorite pizza place ever made and the workers are terribly nasty. No hair nets, minimal glove use, and little to no compassion. The lady giving final touches had her braids touching everyone’s pie as she would reach for blue cheese. And the men just very dismissive. I was very sad that I even tipped these people $2 because just an absolutely terrible time at this establishment.

I have eaten all 16 specialty pizzas: Here are my top 3 1) New G 2) American Honey 3) Elote Loco My recommendation for ordering? Order ahead of time on the app, because depending on how busy the restaurant is, it can take OVER 30 minutes for a pizza.
My friend had to wait 30 minutes for his pizza THAT HE ORDERED IN PERSON. That is absurd.
Generally speaking, I would only order &pizza if: 1) There is a really good deal, or 2) You are really craving pizza and there is no better options nearby
&pizza falls short of its fast-food marketing, but if you're willing to wait 30 minutes for a flatbread pizza, it's an average dining experience.

If you're in DC near GW and craving something flavorful and fun, Delicious Pie Pizza is a must-try! I loved the “make your own pizza” experience — you get to see your pizza made right in front of you, which adds a great personal touch. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are unique — a creative twist on the classic pizza. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something different and delicious!

It was a bit of a let down. I expected better. The employees were very lackadaisical, had no sense of urgency, moved around very sloth like, and acted like they were at a friend's barbecue, not at work. It took over 35 minutes from time of order, to getting my food. Not like ive experienced before.

My husband insisted I write this review — and he was absolutely right. We had a party planned during a storm, and despite the risky weather, Tayon went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He made sure all of our pizzas were made perfectly, hot and fresh, and even double-bagged everything to make sure they stayed safe and intact on the way home. That kind of attention to detail and care isn’t something you see every day. Tayon, thank you for your incredible service — you truly saved our party! We’ll definitely be back soon.
