I placed a direct online order and received less than half of it. It was not through a 3rd party. There is no method of customer support. No phone, no email, no chat, no form. Nothing. So I guess I just do a chargeback?

Horrible Customer Service
I placed my order at the kiosk around 6:30 pm. It was still daylight outside. Our order was #70. We waited and waited and waited. People that had come in after me left before me and at one point, I had went to the register side of the counter and saw my exact order being cut, packed into boxes, and placed inside the warmer. I sat waiting for my name to be called, and yet, I continued to wait. The sun was gone, and we had been there for about 30 minutes, so I asked the man at the counter if my order was ready (knowing it was in the warmer). I gave him my name and my order number and he asks, "did you place the order at the kiosk?" And I said, "yes." He said, "then it's not ready" and dismissed me. So guess what I did? I waited some more. Because the last thing I want to do is argue over pizza and ruin someone's day. I've had jobs in customer service and I know what it's like so I really decided to push my patience. Another 10 minutes goes by and it's dark outside now. I'm searching through my phone for my order number so I can ask for a refund (it was about $50), because id rather do that and order Domino's and get more pizza anyway. Finally, the man checks the order screen a few times between cutting pizzas and opens the warmer and calls out my name, pulling out all the boxes I saw him put in there a long time ago. I approach the counter, visibly upset but I take the pizzas, check them and leave. I turn back, at the very least hoping for an apology, but the man is absolutely silent. I am LIVID.
My husband likes the food but I've always disliked their customer service. No one smiles, greets you, and now, if they are in the wrong, they show no remorse. No apology no "sorry about that, ma'am" NOTHING. And here's where it gets worse, the kiosk expects you to tip BEFORE your order was ready. So the tip we left went to this horrible experience. What I also hate is that if this man took the time to actually think about why I was there before so many people and STILL waiting or ask me when I placed my order, he could have caught his mistake. But he probably thinks he didn't make one, as unapologetic people naturally feel like they have nothing to apologize for.
Honestly, &Pizza is not worth the money but if the customer service was decent, I wouldn't mind paying. That is why the way you treat people in business goes a long way. I mean, look at the reviews before mine pointing out how poorly they treat their customers. I would recommend staying away from here and ordering pizza from anywhere else.

Parking: Parking is tight right in front of the store as there are other businesses + university nearby.

Ingredients taste old. Argula was even yellow. Pie maker very lazy and sloppy with the artistry of creating pies. No tissue or paper towels.
The customer service is horrible, i ate here with my family , we weren’t greeted upon entry. Waited 10mins then finally took our order. The location was empty the only was the first guest. Strange I had to even wait. Stingy with the toppings and tells me I have to pay extra . “ I did “ Once I finally received my food the whole entire pizza was salty. I asked for parmesan cheese on the end and it was just pure salt. I can’t even finish my food . I have never experienced anything like this before at & pizza. Spent too much just to for my food to taste like pure salt in every bite. All of our pizza had the same taste and we all put Parmesan on our pizza at the end .

The employees here are incredibly rude. I went in and the employee behind the counter made 5 pizzas before acknowledging my presence. After making those pizzas, she stated “I’ll get to you” then proceeded to continue making 3 more to-go pizzas. I waited 15 minutes before my order was taken. I get that to-go orders need to be fulfilled but it is courtesy to communicate that to customers waiting. Also I witnessed an employee sweeping the floor of the restaurant and then proceed to put the toppings on my pizza without washing his hands or using hand sanitizer. He put on gloves before he put the toppings on the pizza, but I thought that was pretty unhygienic. This location also tries to close early before business closing hours. They lied to me and said that seating was closed at 10PM (The restaurant closes at midnight). I suggest saving your money and going someplace else. I’ve been to other &Pizza locations; however, I DO NOT recommend this location.

We'll not be going back there again.Have free coupons for pizza.They didn't accept it OK, that's cool then. I bought 6 pizza They didn't have bags which is crazy because I'm using public transportation. To get home and I got 2 kids with me. I don't understand how you don't have bags. To serve as your customers, I will not be going back there unless I have something free other than that. No, I'm not wasting my money. I rather order something somewhere else or go somewhere else or go go cross the street to Chipotle.
