If I could give this restaurant Zero stars, I would. Don’t order delivery from here, unless you’re okay with them giving your order away to anyone asking to pick up an online order without verifying who they are picking up the order for. They will also refuse to remake your order if they gave it away and will tell you to just contact the delivery service you ordered through for a refund, leaving you just out there flapping in the wind $20+ poorer with no pizza.

I've been a delivery driver in Washington, DC for about 5 years. I've been to all the branches of &pizza. The staff at every branch is always rude and inattentive. They never take care of the drivers. Most of their products are out of stock. Or another driver might have stolen the order. They send you there for nothing. They don't pay attention to drivers. They only listen to you after all the customers are served. They waste your time and act rudely. When you ask something, they snap at you and scold you. They act as if you're delivering an order from somewhere else, not their customer's order. I have never seen a polite staff member at any of their branches to this day. I just picked up an order for a customer. Half of the order was out of stock. No explanation. If I take it to the customer, the customer gets upset and complains about me. But they don't care. They don't check the order when it comes in. They don't check if they have the order or not. Most of the items are out of stock. They put incomplete orders.

The atmosphere while I was waiting was loud and uncomfortable.

Finally, I ordered online for pickup, and they sent me FIVE unsolicited emails in a two hour period.
