This was terrible service. I placed an order at 9:20 pm and at 10:26 I received a text message that my order had been canceled, with no explanation. When I tried to call the location to ask what happened, there is no live person to speak to and their automated message says to leave a message and "a human will reach out to you within a day or so". The cost was over $70 for pizza for 4 people. I'm guessing I'll have to get Amex to help get my money back, considering another reviewer pointed out that they wouldn't refund. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. Communication at the very least would have been helpful. I should have listened to the bad reviews on this one!

The woman at the counter today, February 21, was extremely unfriendly and acted like she was doing me a favor by doing her job. When I first came in she looked at me then went back to something else she was doing. Pizza was overcooked and now they charge extra if you want more cheese. Seating is uncomfortable stools with no backs. It has gone way downhill in the last few years.

Pizza is good. Service is good. Be aware you can't pay in cash but they take all credit cards. Opt for the craft your own and you'll have a delicious pizza totally to your liking but that's not to say that the other pizzas are not good as well. Several options for ingredients from gluten free crust to toppings of your liking.
