&pizza - Georgetown

I literally never write bad reviews of restaurants and it’s never that serious, but please beware of this location. This was the pizza that I received today. No cheese, completely ripped apart, with what seems to be a bite taken out?? This order was sealed when I received it from Grubhub so I know it came straight from the restaurant like this. So disappointing.

sooo bad! no napkins, bad customer service, dirty employees touching their hair and ears and going back to making pizza without washing their hands. the woman didn’t even know how to use the cash register to give me a refund that she charged me twice for. right from the start immediate attitude. so much for “multitasking” when she took a good 25 mins to give me a refund. if i could give this place a 0, i would.. overheard a group of men saying they will be giving a 1/10. and i absolutely agree! don’t waste your money here!!

New manager is nice, my son’s pizza was a bit over toasted and he re-fired it for me without any hesitation.Tip to their corporate management, add more folks to the schedule. Only had two people managing the whole thing when I was there.

Pretty tasty little pizza joint where you can choose their original options or make your own. I recommend the honey one with goat cheese and jalapeño.

if you need a quick bite to eat at a decent price, this is your place. my husband and i went for an evening walk around georgetown and got a little hungry. we shared one between the two of us, but had we been more hungry we could have easily had our own. it was a perfect snack to hold us over and very delicious! you can choose from their menu (this is the maverick) or create your own.

I am shocked that these quick pizzas are soooo GOOD!!!

While visiting DC, I decided to have &pizza deliver a pizza to my hotel room. When the pizza arrived, it was not delivered to my room as requested. It was left at the front desk. When I reached out to the driver, he or she, LIED and said they were not allowed to deliver to my hotel room. I called down to front desk to confirmed and they informed me that they do allow for direct room deliveries. I contacted &pizza and left a message regarding my issues and no one ever returned my phone call. Needless to say, that’s the last time I order from &pizza. And not to mention, I received my pizza cold.

Pizza and garlic knots were amazing. All the workers were awesome and friendly. Definitely coming back.

EXCELLENT pizza and service! It was our first time in the Georgetown area and at &pizza and everyone there was so kind, friendly, and helpful! I got a white pizza with spinach, sausage, meatballs, and tomatoes and it may have been one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! HIGHLY recommend you visit if you’re in the area!

I went to this shop for the holiday break and this manager Danny is absolutely amazing. Very nice guy and he made my visit very pleasant.

I ordered white and dirty bird. It is a thin pizza and I really like it. The place is big and has outdoor seating as well.

the pizza is good but the service is terrible, the treatment with the client is horrible and rude. They don't have bottles of water and they charged me 7 dollas for two glasses of water, but even worse is the cleanliness, I have never seen something so dirty and disgusting. judge yourselves. I'll never come back

Very good food, friendly staff and service was quick. Pretty much walk the line, craft your own pizza with unlimited toppings. You can't beat that.

This pizza is absolutely delicious. I got the Maverick and the pesto sauce sent this over the edge. The pizza dough was not burnt but cooked and soft. I will say the customer service was not good and drink selection was lacking but to rate the pizza, 5 stars.

My hungry family came in and it was calm while we ordered. The staff was friendly and attentive. 3 out of 4 got the American Honey and we all loved it. My kids got it, I would say, if your kid is adventurous, try the American Honey, maybe no to chili flakes. It is a bit spicy, but it is delicious with the honey!Garlic knots were delish! Buffalo 66 was another pizza ordered. The spice was just right and we would love to come back for more!
