Kayla was very great . She was by her self with a wide load of orders . She remained calm and helped me with all my toppings even though it was though the computer while I had a bad experience in Potomac yards prior to this order. Love that for you . Keep it up 💕

Very disappointed with & pizza, their service and the inability to be able to speak with a manager following placing an order for over $80 and never receiving my food! Attempted to contact customer service and its phone line is ran by AI and unable to remedy the issue! Don’t waste your time, order somewhere else.
Whatever excuse you guys (management) use to only make guests use the touch kiosk now is very idiotic and impersonal. The thing that made & pizza work in the first place was the human interaction. Now it sucks. I spent 10 minutes trying to type my order in a kiosk (which is confusing) and then it asks me for a tip. I got a tip, take out the kiosks and let me talk to the person making my food please instead of them coming over and having to help me type my own order in every 5 seconds. Your employees at this location are very respectful and helpful. It Got so bad even the security had to step in and assist a customer on the kiosk. Dunkin tried the kiosk and failed at it, yall will too. Don’t let some idiot guests mess it up for everyone else. Please bring back the ability to tell the person behind the counter my order!!!! Now I don’t know which of the three pizzas is mine and I have to guess. Thanks a lot & pizza. You might have lost another customer.
