Attempted to contact customer service and its phone line is ran by AI and unable to remedy the issue! Don’t waste your time, order somewhere else.

Whatever excuse you guys (management) use to only make guests use the touch kiosk now is very idiotic and impersonal. The thing that made & pizza work in the first place was the human interaction. Now it sucks. I spent 10 minutes trying to type my order in a kiosk (which is confusing) and then it asks me for a tip. I got a tip, take out the kiosks and let me talk to the person making my food please instead of them coming over and having to help me type my own order in every 5 seconds. Your employees at this location are very respectful and helpful. It Got so bad even the security had to step in and assist a customer on the kiosk. Dunkin tried the kiosk and failed at it, yall will too. Don’t let some idiot guests mess it up for everyone else. Please bring back the ability to tell the person behind the counter my order!!!! Now I don’t know which of the three pizzas is mine and I have to guess. Thanks a lot & pizza. You might have lost another customer.

We have ordered here many times. When you receive your order, it's great, but we have not received our delivery three times now, and they do not have a support system to remedy such situations. It's time to find a new pizzeria.

This is the best pizza I've had since becoming vegan. The staff were very kind and helpful, but they forgot one of my orders. This was cleared up after talking to them.

Washington, D.C., often referred to as “Chocolate City,” has a rich cultural identity, and many of its residents and those in surrounding areas hold deep ties to its history. Associating food with something as painful as drug addiction trivializes the struggles that have affected many individuals, families, and communities here.
This menu item reflects a lack of awareness and respect for the people and history of this region. I urge you to reconsider the message this sends to the communities you serve. If this item is not removed promptly, you risk damaging your relationship with D.C. residents and customers in the surrounding states who view this as tasteless and unacceptable.
We expect better from a brand that prides itself on community engagement and inclusiveness. Please act swiftly to remove this offensive item from your offerings and issue a public apology to demonstrate your commitment to making amends.
