I had a wonderful experience at &pizza on H Street, thanks to the awesome and friendly manager, Wave! Wave's exceptional customer service and welcoming attitude truly made my visit memorable. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. My food was delivered through Grub Hub,so that had meant 50 to 50 chance of my food going either way. Welp, this time my food was awful. My garlic knots were dry and burnt ontop of being tasteless. The pizza was dry, too spicy? Burnt. I'm really limited to food out here on H St. FYI DONT BUY ANY FOOD OUT HERE AFTER

The pizza I got was totally empty. Just dough with barely anything else on it. What a waste of money. The cook was flirting with the girl behind me and loaded her pizza up. Do yourself a favor and cook a frozen pizza, it’ll be better.

I purchased a pizza and a soda drink. The soft drink was warm and I asked Mr. Evans if he would give me a courtesy cup. I wanted to get ice. They don't give courtesy cups out. Then I said, "can I have a cup of ice because the soda is warm", he said, "no" So you sell me a warm soda and don't want to give me ice. So I requested a refund and he said.I would have to text 20003 in order to get a refund. CRAZY because i gave my payment to him. So I'm a little piswed becausenibjuat spent $33.00 on pizza and a warm soda and he is ignoring my cry while speaking with another customer. At this point i want my money back for everything. . You would rather lose a cistomer for a warm soda insteaf of giving me ice.He said I had to text to 20003 in order to get my refund back. I sat there for over an hour. No response. I texted again. To this very minute of editing this text. No response. I politely.got up after eating pizza and gave him the soda and left.Mr Evans and the owner H & Pizza on H Streeet NE across from the Dollar Store next to the shoe shop and foot massage business. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If I was irate or did something wrong you would have called the police. So I am asking you politely. Refund me my money for the warm drink. I left the drink with Mr Evans
