First Yelp review ever. Had to use the bathroom so went in and was going to get something also. Some guy began yelling at me and embarrassed me about using the bathroom and was literally shouting at me (FYI I'm clean cut but brown so not sure if he would have done the same to a white person). Quite embarrassing. Never experienced anything like that in my life. Anyways I bought a soda and they charged me 14.75 for it. Yes, 14.75 for the soda. Only saw it on my credit card bill after.

This location is horrible and repeatedly messes up orders. There's other places to eat pizza in Georgetown and there's other locations for &pizza if you specifically want this brand. This location is a mess. They throw away pizzas, forget sauce and other toppings and just cannot seem to get any order correct. I'm angry and unimpressed.

Have you ever walked into an &pizza and felt genuinely loved? Me either, until recently of course. I was warmly greeted when I came in, assisted by 4 different workers while ordering, and I had a blast the whole time. I might come in not even hungry, not even order, just vibe.

So as you see order 100% wrong, which I can live with, but them not answering their phone or text messages to fix it is not ok. This is just one of the four pizzas they messed up on.

This location is amazing. Dwayne the manager here is great he keeps the store running smoothly and safely. The pizza is always great, but he ensures that the customer service is at its best too. If you're looking for the best pizza in Georgetown, this is your place.
OK, I'd eat it anytime if I was hungry and they were the easiest option. But, the pizza was mostly crust with tomato sauce and just a few bits of cheese scattered here and there. Good enough crust and the sauce was decent but there really wasn't any substance or anything to commend it. Staff gets a thumbs up however.

2 trips to this location. 1 5 star when it was new and the staff were helpful and polite 1 1 star when the staff wanted me to pay 10 bucks in cash and take that as tip and avoid putting the pizza cost through the register. On Nov 6 at 6:30 pm, mgmt can check the cameras.

Love &pizza every time!!! This place is so underrated and I'm sorrowful that we don't have one in California. I came right after opening during a hot summer weekday during COVID. We shared a glorious build your own pizza. I recommend the farmer's daughter pizza. I love the crispy pepperoni, goat cheese and hot honey--YUM! Please stop reading and just go now. Thank me later.

This location is always so disorganized. They don't make your order when you order ahead on the app. The music is always sooo loud. The communication behind staff and customers is nonexistent because of this. I have stopped ordering from &pizza. They could give me all the free pizza and I still wouldn't come back.
