I went to order and was trying to add another item to my purchase the cashier was very nasty. I was asking him pricing of the item he began to respond real rude and tells me I can’t add another item on to my order and walked away. I asked for a refund he says he does not know how to do a refund because I used a card.Then asks me if I would like to add the other item to my order I told him no I asked can someone else who knew how to work the register come and assist him with my refund. My suggestion if you don’t like the job you work for or supposedly can’t understand English you should not work the front register.The employees name is Riyad

I been coming here for a long time and never had a problem today I ordered wings all flats and a small pizza when I good the pizza it was fine but the wings had hair in it and they charged me for all flats and I didn’t get them I called and asked nicely can I have a refund for my wings because it had 3 hairs in it and the man told me they wear hair nets witch they don’t and told me I must have put it in there I will never come back again they used to be good but now I’m turned off

I wish I could give a 3.5. I placed an order and the driver days the store messed up, then the store says it was the driver's fault. I hate placing an order, having to explain the issue or waiting for the driver to redeliver the missing or incorrect item. The manager Mr. Mohammed could have done better. It used to be owned by some good friends if mine. The Mansur's. Next time I'll just pick up from another location.. That's what I get for being lazy and ordering out. 🙄

I ordered lasagna and they gave me some uncooked shells with white stuff and it was ice cold and watery I called and they told me they didn’t have any lasagna and hung up on me

This place is so rude....I was on crutches ask for the delivery driver to come to my door an he refuse to.....I will never order or go to this place again and I am calling coperate on these people. Not to mention the store called me back and cuss me out because I couldn't get down the stairs I told them take the food back

Great pasta and rice platters! The chicken strips were a bit overcooked. We ordered from their own site (and saved quite a few bucks for GrubHub!). I accidentally unchecked all the ingredients for my shrimp alfredo fettuccine, thinking they were extras. The restaurant called us to ask if I really meant to order plain pasta without sauce - in that case they would repay us for the ingredients. What an awesome service! The fettuccine was delicious and too much - I couldn't even finish all the shrimps! That has never happened before. When in or around DC, this pizza place is certainly worth ordering from.
