Ordered online went to go pick up the pizza it was the wrong pizza in the box with my order sticker on it. They remade my order it look good on the surface but once I went to go take a slice the pizza is paper thin with big crust and they gave me a small when... I ordered a Md extra cheese garlic parm stuffed crust $17.93 I called the store and I was told she was closing at 8:25pm because she was tired and the guys in the backed messed up my order twice and didn't speak english she would just give me a discount on my next order when I just wanted my order fixed they messed up for the money I paid I don't want any discount I wont be ordering from them ever again and I'm a regular

I entered this establishment and witnessed the lady behind the counter receiving marijuana from a customer inside the store. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when she gave him a free soda. This is not acceptable conduct for a business.

I have read many reviews of this location and despite the amount of personality within there workspace. I have always and still receive great service and food. Throughout my experience with this location i have seen multiple customers attack and demand unnecessary requests of the workers at this location ( such as free items, refunds for clearly eaten orders , etc..) . So i personally want to thank this location for there service to my family and i encourage the community to treat workers with respect and you shall receive the same! You cant be rude and expect someone to be nice regardless of your money for whatever so be real! I have seen it multiple times at this location!

I had a Chicken Cheesesteak w/Provolone, and I added my own Pepperjack Cheese. The sub was good, the only problem was that they added MSG. I knew because after eating it, I got a headache. I called and the guy that answered, acknowledged of which I appreciated. (Note to self, the next time I order, be sure to let them know not to add MSG. I tell the Asians, as well)

I had a pick up order and was trying to get someone attention. They was all in the back. I said hello and one of the male staff looked at me before looking away. I called out again and he looked at and looked away. I had to call the store phone so I could just get someone to the front. I usually don't have problems here but this was just to crazy for me to even return. Also the front is very unsecured. If no one is at the front a customer can walk thru the back and no one would notice.

I ordered 5 orders of large chicken wings for a school event. When I received the order the wings where little, some where over cooked and some where still pink in the inside and the flavor was nasty. Needless to say none of my students or colleagues ate them and I wasted my money. I called the store to see if they could reconcile this matter but I kept getting the run around and when I finally spoke to someone she was very unprofessional and told me the manager was going to call me and I have yet to speak to anyone. I will not recommend order from here and I will not be returning.

I ordered a pizza yesterday, 11/14/24, to be delivered to a relative in the hospital. The delivery address was 1310 Southern Ave SE. When ordering it had a selection for Hospital, ward, and Room #. The pizza wasn't delivered there but to the incorrect address. I am still waiting for a call back and a refund on my payment.

Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for pick up. Despite my order coming in around 8 pm on Friday, they made it very quickly. The pizza was delicious, and the price is pretty good too: under $15! One suggestion to improve the pizza is that they should be a little more generous with the mushrooms. I’d pay more for a pizza with more mushrooms on it. Maybe next time I’ll get a large pepperoni with double mushrooms and see how that one turns out. Anyway, I’m new to this neighborhood so I’m happy to know that this pizza is worth coming back for.

I order online at 2pm. Order just arrived my order at 4:20 pm. I specified online to include garlic butter in my order didn't receive it. Manager says driver tried to deliver food and the call wouldn't go through. Gave them a new number and the manager told me that the food would be recooked. I received a cold and stall pizza with no garlic butter. I paid almost $18 online for a medium pizza that looks like a small. I would absolutely never order again and I don't recommend nobody else to either. Customer service was horrible and they just worried about a dollar and not customer service.

Delivery from this place is a disaster. Ordered six pizzas the day before delivery. The driver was more than an hour late and the pizzas were barely warm by the time he arrived. The store and the driver gave different reasons why he was late. Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend.
