This location does not exist anymore. When I got the correct pizza from here, it was good, but the service was HORRIBLE. Went in to pick up and the woman at the register didn't even look up from her neon yellow acrylic nails or ask my name, she just said "it's not ready" where there clearly were pizzas in the warming drawer. Waited 10 minutes and asked again and said "could you just check? It's been 45 minutes since I ordered" she sighed turned around, pulled the pizza I've been staring at for the last 10 minutes out of the drawer and plopped it on the table. It was my pizza she failed to check that was there the whole time. Didn't even apologize. Just didn't care.

Very unfriendly and not motivated waiter. We were there more than one hour before closing but all the chairs were already on the tables and it was not a welcoming place at all. So we turned around directly and left.

1. Cashier didn't know how to take orders. 2. Horrible food! I've seen people commenting about this restaurant not being able to identify orders and made customers wait for their food while they were in the warmer. Well, you guys never change! Ordered at 1:20pm, scheduled at 2:30, arrived at 2:36, and was told my order was on its way! Gave me the wrong order at 2:50. Then told me they never had my order. I said‘ you even called me to confirmed my order!', then the cashier checked the warmer. IT WAS THERE ALL THE TIME!!!!! What's worse, they didn't put sauce at all!!!!

Worst pizza hut EVER! Since when does pepperoni lovers mean double cheese and half pepperoni for the pizza? Then when I try to go to take the survey the site doesn't even work. Sherry (think that's her name-the recipt half printed) acted like she would have rather been anywhere but there. Not friendly at all and then to top it off they are out of Parmesan cheese? A pizza joint with no cheese? Would have been better off ordering a cardboard box! AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD AND A CLEAN RESTAURANT! All tables were dirty and again the girl at the counter could care less! It will be a LONG time before I go back to a Pizza Hut. This ruined me of my favorite pizza place. Yuck! If I could rate 0 stars I would!

Food was what I expect Pizza Hut food to be. The boneless wings I ordered were only partially completed in terms of combining the food with the wing sauce. The restaurant is relatively small and is mostly for deliveries. You can order food and sit down, but it's not what I would consider a formal sit down Pizza Hut restaurant. The person taking my order was not very interested with my presence, but at least got my order correct. I would suggest looking for a pizza place nearby that is more localized for the D.C. area before going to this place.

Average. Didn't receive requested condiments make sure to request cheese & peppers & napkins or you won't get. Emphasize your ranch if your order it, they charge and we didn't receive it. Took forever
