THE WORST!!!! Ordered my food 20 mins before arriving to location. When I arrived I was told 10 more minutes after waiting for 15 I was told it will be 10 more mins. After ten mins I asked how much longer and the customer service rep Demarcus response was “I’m here with you so I don’t know” and proceeded to stand there without attempting to check the status of my order. Here I am still waiting 40 mins later just for one large pizza!!! This is TERRIBLE! I do not recommend this location!

deliciously appealing for a late night snack. however they did not cut the cheesy bread, they only perforated it, which was upsetting to me personally. thank you pizza hut for your service nonetheless 🫡

Surprisingly this is one of the better shops in Hechinger Mall. Not only are there only a handful of Pizza Huts in the District including this one but this particular carryout is well-run. No bulletproof glass and scowling cashiers, just friendly service and well- made pies. Only complaints I can give are that the pizza can take a long time to come out during rushes- which is to be expected since there is no other pizza hut for miles- and this pizza hut rarely offers the advertised deals like $7 hut favorites. Otherwise this is a great pizza shop in a bleak shopping plaza.

Took them 3 whole hours to find my house and my house is 0.4 miles away from the location and I just think it so unprofessional that took that long to for it comes dominos is way better I think this place should be shut down???

Absolutely terrible today, usually it’s on point but my food took over an hour and a half to get ready, they gave me no sauce with the cheese sticks, and when I called they hung up on me twice. I tipped my doordasher an extra twenty bc he was extremely patient, not ordering from here again

I have order pizza from this place numerous times. This particular day I ordered for delivery. When I recieve the pizza it was handed to me by the driver on his backpack from his back. Never really thinking my pizza will be a disaster. I have pictures to prove the mess me and my family received and I spent my good 70.00 plus for this crap.

Tried to order delivery and pizza never arrived, almost an hour past the time the app said it was “on its way.” When I called, the desk said “no one had picked it up” (meaning their own delivery drivers), with no other info provided or offer to fix it. Single star given since at least they agreed to refund. Update: Would give zero stars if I could—a week later and no refund was processed, despite the location’s promise to do so and a separate inquiry through the website. Stay far away from this location unless you like making charitable donations to Pizza Hut.

This store can get busy, but the staff always delivers good food. Their boneless wings have me driving 3 miles across town. It's worth it.
Parking: Park right up front in front of the door.
