Pizza hut used to be the best family restaurant ... Now it's just trash and no fun

Sad...this store just won't improve! Now it's terrible with employees dancing and cursing and having so much fun that they see customers as an interruption and were hateful. Ghetto and proud of it. Front person smiled at least and looked a by sheepish at her colleagues behaviour, but when in Rome...it's totally OK to have some fun but not telling people (not me) that "if they don't like it go somewhere else. It's pizza not church. " Lady wasnt looking for church just not to be SINGING or eating over the food while preparing it/slicing it. Goodness.

The only problem I have is that the chicken Alfredo bowls are half filled.. which is a disappointment. Other than that I enjoy to service and food.

Bigoted employees who treated a delivery guy like trash because he didn’t speak English. The employee grabbed his phone from him and threw it across the restaurant, unbelievable, that employee should get
The delivery time was fine. The pizza went right in the trash. It tasted like "next day's" reheated fresh out of the box. Two slices hung heavy in my stomach. Just... unhealthy food. Never again for Pizza Hut. (expensive pos too. 30 bucks for a large).
5 stars for the customer service that I just received from Lauryn and Andrew. Both very patient and had a smile the entire time. Mind you it's midnight and they're closed, but they're still accommodating customers even though they were closing. Thanks again for being kind. Dr. J

Hate the Hut! You're gambling if you order from this piZZa Hut! They were two hours late. Kids missed dinner on vacation at the Capitol. In addition, they did not include the correct items and stiffed us on sodas. They told us to caLL Door Dash. Door dash said it was PiZZa Hut's issue. They said they waited 90 minutes for an order and then we're given the wrong items. The girls who answered the phone ( Jayla?) placed us on long holds several times and then told us to caLL Door Dash. The guy at Door Dash was professional. He told us that store shorts people's orders all the time. This is a bad place to order from. All the kids on the trip went to bed hungry. PiZZa Hut Sucks! They all now Hate the Hut!

The hiring manager mr Mohamed. Will give you the run around. He is also very difficult and disrespectful. I’ve been calling about a job at the Pizza Hut in Maryland ave ne dc. However he has been saying going to call me back and so much more. And I haven’t received a call back or a follow up by this man yet.

Our pizza was delivered seemingly stepped on and cold. There was even pizza sauce and cheese outside of the box. I’m so disgusted
