I've loved Pizza Hut since childhood so it is a permanent staple in my life, when it comes to eating fast food pizza and I'm not amused with their competitors racist antics enough to spend my hard earned money anywhere else. This particular location is in a good neighborhood but their service needs work. In the early afternoon the gentleman are sweet but will put you on hold for 20 minutes instead of just committing to one order before moving to the next order. The night shift is a whole other story, if you're lucky you'll get a cool young guy to take your phone order but the lady I spoke to a few months ago spoke like I was bothering her ordering pizza from PIZZA HUT!??!?!?! None the less I will order again

This is my second time picking up from this location and the team marks orders, ready way ahead of the times that they are actually ready. This discourages third-party partners from picking up from this location. Which impacts the customer because they never get their food! This strategy is being done to help their ticket times, But it’s a mess when delivery drivers arrive, and the orders are not ready because of them flexing the time. Please coach your team to only mark orders as ready when they are actually “ Ready”

I've ordered from here maybe about 6-7 times and have never been disappointed in the quality and timelines. My pizzas have always been hot, well-made (toppings, fresh and plentiful), and mad pretty when I pop that box open. Appeal is def apart of the game, along with quality. This location stands on business. It's really unfortunate that they've felt the need to install bulletproof glass; it definitely leaves no room for chill vibes and comfort. But, hey, if that's what makes the employees feel safe, by all means, drag your nuts. I go for the quality pizza anyway, not to be all behind the counter. Ma'am, do I look like I work here...?
Parking: Tight parking lot but consistent in and out - you might have to circle once or twice. Three times, tops. Weekend evenings are a little more diff. because there's a liquor store, 7-11, atm, and subway AND chipotle in the shopping center.

I can’t believe I have to go all the way to VA to get pizza because of how dirty or rude the Pizza Huts are in DC. We should not allow companies to come into our communities and treat us like this. I know that I will not patronize a business that doesn’t keep the business clean or the food safe.

I was very excited about this new location I’ve been coming here with no problems until i did! I payed online and RICHARD a store assistant manager assaulted me. I payed online he brought the pizza to me then i went to take it and leave and he snatched the pizza from me. Saying i have to pay i was so perplexed and scared because i payed online so i was unsure of why he was acting so aggressively. To make it worst it was another female manager there who allowed and watch this man assault me! This is absurd and insane ! If your a women i highly recommend not going here! I had no complaints on the food but the person at the front register is what bothers me, came in asking a question and they rude no apparent reason(this was during lunch) went back later at night completely different experience the front person was way much better than the other lady who was up in the morning, but overall the food was good had no complaints for it and delivery time wasn’t long 25min for 3 pizzas that came out perfect

I went to this location on February 21st, 2024 at 10:35PM and I ordered a personal pan pizza and 6 piece wings. When I bit into one of my wings it looked rotten on the inside I can’t even describe what it is so I will attach pictures for proof. I’m very disappointed and disgusted I threw up after seeing what I had bitten into and I was crying I could not believe my eyes. Something needs to be done about this immediately it’s a safety hazard to the community and it’s not fair.

Pizza hut on Pennsylvania Ave S.E. is a great location but beware of the boneless wings, they are chicken nuggets. I paid $8.99 for something I could have gotten from McDonald's for less the price. I wouldn't buy them again, but everything else was hot and taste was great
