I Had a day, and it was a few people in the line. It gets to my turn and Kia or something along that line told me she was was not going to take my order, because she had other things to do. I Replied that's your job and know one else that works here hadn't been that incompetent. I am also blown away that her acquaintances followed me out side to barred me and cohers a physical altercation.

Dealt with Rude African man with a potbelly I WILL NEVER be back to this location after the experience with him mad that I wanted more cheese I’ve been to this location several never had a problem with my toppings or requests until he was there doing cheese inventory GET RID OF HIM!

I did an order on UberEats from this location and was shocked to see what I got. It amazes me how some businesses have no quality standards. This is a prime example of that, and what’s worse is you can tell because the customer isn’t there to complain in person product leaves the store this way. Never again will this location get any money from me. A child can make a pizza better than this.

The female manager refused to refund my money today after she had me waiting 20 minutes for my pizza and served several other people in front of me when I was in there first!!! I told the lady to refund my money, she lied and said she did refund it but could not give me a receipt for the refund! I had to call my bank and had to have them reverse the charge because this thief tried to steal my money!! Desperately needs new management at this place!!!!

I really enjoy the pizza at this location—it’s consistently delicious, and that keeps me coming back. However, I’ve noticed that the customer service experience could use some improvement. Each time I visit, the staff often seem irritated or disengaged. When customers are waiting in line, a simple greeting or acknowledgment like “I’ll be with you shortly” would go a long way in making us feel welcome. Instead, there’s usually just silence and a lack of eye contact, which can come off as uninviting. I know working in food service can be demanding, and I truly appreciate the effort that goes into making great food. I just hope the team can bring a bit more warmth to the front-of-house experience. It would really elevate the whole visit.
Honestly, &pizza isn't what it used to be. Consistently, no matter the location, the food is overcooked, lacking in flavor, and the service seems disempowered. This location is closest to my house. There are a few seats inside the space and it comes with a more sleek look. However, the staff aren't helpful. When I first ordered pizza, I told them I have three pies. By the time I paid, they said I could only redeem one coupon a day. That makes sense, but it would have been helpful to know that up front. In the end, our pizza was overcooked and not very good.

The last time I went there the toppings area was messy; not clean. I asked bread knots and marinara sauce. And the marinara sauce was refrigerator cold. I asked them to warm it up and they said they didn't do that. Never again.
