Online orders placed close to closing will not be made if certain employees are working. Lazy, disrespectful staff had no regard for the fact that my money was taken, I was not notified that the store ran out of dough until I arrived to retrieve my order. Sad

Today at 9:00 PM, I visited this restaurant, but the staff was very rude and disrespectful. As a result, I did not place an order and left the premises.

I walked in and they told me a 15 min wait because they were making dough. Then 15 mins later 2 ladies walked in and they told them 45 min wait. When I asked a tall gentleman with a hat and small dreadlocks got extremely rude with me. He didn't even give the other ladies any type of explanation. Very rude to women and needs to be fired immediately! Unacceptable!!

Worker is rude disrespectful, nasty making up his own rules and prices and his manager is allowing it. Dirty not washing his hands, and making orders. Very repulsive, DO NOT GO HERE. I see why the restaurant was empty, almost 15 minutes spent arguing with this guy about my order I already placed. Serious management is needed DO NOT SUPPORT this business as the staff is rude, unethical, unprofessional & sad.

It was packed in there the Sunday afternoon that I entered. But these guys (just two of them) moved us all out super fast. They were working so hard. I appreciated how focused they were on getting us all out in a timely manner. & our pizza was 🔥🔥🔥

Stood in line for 10 minutes while 2 men were talking behind the register. No other patrons were in the establishment. They never greeted me, never asked if they could help take my order. They made eye contact with me several times and completely disregarded my presence, so after 10 minutes, I just left. I won’t be back!

I placed an online order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready by 5:15 PM as stated. However, I still had to wait for the staff to finish clearing out the lobby before anyone acknowledged my order. The whole purpose of ordering online is to save time and ensure we can get to our commitments on schedule. Unfortunately, this location consistently struggles with time management and never seems able to handle both lobby customers and online orders efficiently—unlike the VA location, which manages both without issues.
It’s disappointing that this continues to be a repeated problem with no real solution. At this point, they should consider disabling online and app ordering if they cannot fulfill orders in a timely and reliable manner.

I want to thank Kevin and the crew for making my experience better . I placed a catering order and at the time of pick up it was completely wrong. My wife and I were very disappointed but they made it correctly in a timely matter.

Darren, Nate, and Mack did an outstanding job on my pizza. Everyone was professional and attentive to taking my order. I love to sew my African American men doing an outstanding job!
