The food was decent, but I’m warning others about a misleading billing practice.

A 20% gratuity was already added to my bill without disclosure, yet the merchant copy I signed still had a blank tip line resulting in me accidentally tipping 40% on a $50 tab for two people.

When I called the GM, they showed no interest in making it right.

Great pie, great service. 20% dine in service charge. I'm okay with this because the service and food are great.

Excellent real pizza! All the ingredients were fresh, pizza, sizes, substantial, and the crust perfection.

Pricy pizza option on Dupont Circle. Be aware, 20% gratuity is imposed and automatically included in the bill.

Pizza tasted fresh and didn’t leave us feeling sluggish after splitting a 12 inch. Crust was perfect! The waitress was awesome and attentive. Beer was amazing, best Oktoberfest I’ve ever had!

Always very accommodating to our 7-8 person group. The pizza is pretty good. Rotating beer selection keeps things interesting.

Pizzeria Paradiso in Dupont Circle is such a lovely spot! The pizza is flavorful, with a perfectly crisp crust and fresh toppings. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a casual, chic meal.

Typical mediocre DC restaurant! Want 25$ for the most average pizza and slow rude service. Don’t recommend coming here for price. If pizza was 10$, it would maybe be a different story.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and thought the service was good, but left feeling disappointed with the quality of pizza, wings, and salad.

Went here based on Reviews only! Pizza was very good. Perfect amount of toppings. Thin near the middle, and you could roll up the slice if that's your vibe! Garlic knots were the best we've ever had! Bigger, almost like a Pretzel or roll. Sauce too! Staff was friendly and helpful! Seemed like a cool place to hang out as well. Brian L was our server, and was very good! Also, gave some great insight on the area(Dupont Circle) and DC! Thanks. Would go again. All one floor. Clean bathrooms. There is 10% service fee for 'to go' orders and a 20% order for dining in. (Which was odd) Still giving this a 5 out of 5! Not sure who gets that money, but tips would be higher if that went away. Still Worth trying for sure.
