Why is it so expensive 😭 !!!

This is more expensive than tropical smoothie cafe, meanwhile the quality and taste is much worse.

For some reason my boyfriend likes it 🙄

This is the dirtiest food establishment I’ve ever seen. The whole place is very visibly filthy. I was the only customer there, and it still took some time to get my smoothie because the employee wasn’t sure how to make it. My smoothie tasted OK, but I’m worried it will make me sick, based on how the ingredients look to be handled. Why even keep a business like this open?

The worst smoothie I have ever had. Didn’t have half of the ingredients and the ingredients in the store were decomposed. No protein in any form was available would not recommend

My smoothie had an ungodly amount of salt in it. It was like drinking peanut butter mixed with salt water and ice. Also, they were out ingredients that seemed pretty essential to several smoothies

We waited 28 minutes for our smoothies, and neither of them were cold. They were also missing ~ half the ingredients. We won't be going back, anytime soon

The person managing the store steal the staff tips. You are a disgrace and will be reported to the Department of Labor! what you are doing is illegal! Anyone visiting this store should report it. Don’t put money in the tip jar

Planet smoothie is ok. Compared to all the other smoothie places I wouldn't rate this one high up. Smoothie king, tropical smoothie plus some local spots are better in my opinion. They do offer a like 44oz smoothie which is interesting. It's connected to a cold stone so you can double up and the staff is pretty strict about the covid-19 guidelines of only having five people in the store at a time which is a plus.

Healthy fulfilling smoothies and right beside ice cream place, a great dessert treat!

You all have great smoothies and service but there are too many aggressive panhandlers outside for me to feel comfortable even walking past sometimes, much less entering. And the McDonald's next to you is especially disgusting, you are probably losing customers because of the location. Not your fault!
