The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with bartenders and servers happy to make recommendations and answer questions. The staff was looking out for us to have a high end time. The menu is inventive, with dishes like "tuna" made from ahi watermelon, mushroom that feels meaty, and bang bang broccoli that is amazing. The gyoza is also a standout, offering a unique twist on a classic dish. The flavors are so surprising, with layers in every bite. They went through the menu to discuss options for a gluten allergy. The Tres Leches dessert was exceptionally good. With attentive service and a warm atmosphere, PLANTA Cocina is a great place to visit for a meal out. The ambience is very sleek and modern, great for a date night.
