What more can I say… I fell in love with there Acia bowls and I find that they make them to perfection . The staff are great and the atmosphere gives a beach vibe. My only complaint is that they didn’t take cash. Apparently the kids in the area have been terrorizing the business so they don’t keep cash in the store.

EVERY time I order from this location they mess up my order. Today I ordered 2 bowls from the Playa Bowl website and they delivered one bowl that was neither of the 2 bowls I ordered. I called them to report that I only received one bowl and the employee that answered the phone was no help and not solution oriented because all she could say was 1. The driver took the bag before she was finished making the order. 2. The manager was not on duty but they could call back tomorrow. 3. I am left paying for 2 bowls and only receiving 1 bowl until tomorrow unless I go to the location, which I didn't have time to do which is why I ordered delivery.... Please do better!

Very rude guys working up front. I was picking up an online order and I asked if I could use the bathroom and this dumb guy told me for customers only when I was clearly picking up an online order. Not acceptable.
