We were SO excited to come here. The drinks were great. We would definitely had ordered more and stayed for hours if we weren't treated so rudely for putting a 20 into one of the games thinking we’d get change back(sorry I don’t play games often? Maybe make it more modern with signage or game cards?). The manager(I think) treated us like we were the dumbest people ever for thinking so. His attitude and rudeness made us leave immediately. I will never go back!

Ordered through the Uber Eats app. If you’re out of an item refund the item instead of replacing it without getting the customers approval. I requested yams….i was given macaroni. Its was horrible.

Very disappointed in our experience here. My girlfriend was told that there was a straw and stepped one foot behind the bar to reach it. She was then approached by a bouncer who physically pushed her out of the establishment for being ‘in the register’, and upon being asked if she was accused of stealing replied ‘yes’. In further conversations with management they have tried to rewrite the events by saying that she was ‘asked to leave’ for ‘being behind the bar’ which is not what she was told during the incident. A very shocking way to treat customers, even if she made a mistake. It also doesn’t help that the bar staff was all white and she is a person of color. Makes you question motivations and why ‘behind the bar’ led to ‘in the register’. Very disappointed in this business we will not be returning

My friend was accused of stealing when she clearly wasn't. The bartender was clearly on a power trip and also had no problem putting her hands all over her to "kick her out". I liked this bar, but the disrespect and harassment will never have me back again.

I was visiting with a group of friends when my girlfriend went to get a straw from the bar and leaned over past behind the bar area (a mistake) when an employee confronted her and accused her of 'going in the register'. He laid hands on her and pushed her out of the restaurant and told our group of friends that she was in the register. My girlfriend is a person of color and this incident is very concerning behavior from this establishment. Very disappointing

Alright alright- let's be real. You aren't here for the quality of the drinks. You're here for the vibes. The rooftop in the summer on a weekday evening is lovely. Great date spot. Taken a few dates here after being introduced to it. The basement is cool too, just kind of groovy- not very busy on weeknights.
If I could give this place no stars I would. They have the worst door service, and the inside is dirty. The staff has the worst attitude. Do not waste your time coming here. There are way better places in the area. Black Whiskey is right next door & WAY better vibes. Do your mental a favor & choose somewhere else!

WE WERE NEARLY ASSUALTED BY A STAFF TONIGHT here’s the story:If I could I would put zero stars for this place. I just had a horrible experience at players club. I was playing pool with my sister and my brother and this worker with one blue eye came up to me and says “you’re sister is beautiful damn” and I say “ahhh ahaha it’s a shame she has a boyfriend”… fast forward 10 minutes he catches me for vaping and he comes up to me to say that this is not allowed (I don’t think anything of this nor do I let anyone in my group know that this is a rule) fast forward 20ish minutes he goes up to my sister (who he had just hit on to me) and kicks her out for vaping (mean while the rule is a one time catch policy — so you get one warning then ur out… my sister never got a warning)… so me and my brother complain to him because we think it’s unfair… and I say “you were the one hitting on my sister and it’s pretty weird that your kicking her out without no warning“So then we leave the bar and my brother decides to talk to the bouncer about their vaping policy because he felt like we were targeted based on the circumstances. ALL OF A SUDDEN OUT OF NO WHERE this guy, who kicked us out, comes out of the bar and starts screaming at my brother and gets up into his face (taking off his jacket like he’s about to beat him up) and I put myself in between them but then we decide to walk about because we were scared.I feel that me and my brother were very close to being assaulted by this worker…I WOULD LIKE TO CLARIFY THIS WORKER HAD ONE ONE BLUE EYE, A DURAG ON, HAD SHORT LOCKS, AND WAS WORKING BY THE POOL TABLES ON THURSDAY NIGHT DECEMBER 28TH.So if you’d like to go and experience a bar that puts people at risk I would recommend this place. Other than that I would never set foot in this bar without risking your physical safety.
