Second time attempting to use points towards a purchase and it not working, this time the app deducted the 2,000 points but would not allow me to complete the purchase kept spinning saying this is taking longer than expected, I ended up having to go into the store order there and paying full amount. When I try to use app in store it doesn’t work. Wonder if this is a fluke or intentional? Would like to get my 2,000 points back if possible.

Hi I ordered a Chilli and was very dissatisfied. I've been a plnt burger customer since 2020 and the chill never tasted this horrible. I noticed the recipe changed some around last year and I noticed the serving size has gotten smaller. I was willing o deal with this because the flavor wasn't too far off and we delt with the smaller serving . But upon tasting my most recent order I won't be ordering this chill again. I'm always leaving positive reviews but sadly this isn't a good one. If I tasted before leaving I'd ask for a refund.

Let me start by saying I LOVE the PLNT in Columbia. I’ve been a number of times. Not sure if the guys at this location were new or inexperienced but the burgers I received were overcooked and burnt and the buns were also burnt smh. Super disappointed and a waste of $30. To make it all worse the food made me sick and had me in the bathroom almost immediately after eating it. Laxative burger with a detox bun. Customer service was also subpar. Biggest thing in customer service is if you don’t know the answer you are sure to not just say I don’t know or make up an answer- CALL OR ASK A MANAGER. I was attempting to get a gift card for someone in addition to the food I got and they said they never heard of them having gift cards and said they don’t know even though it’s listed as a checkout option. I had to just get a grubhub gift card instead for the person I was shopping for. Don’t think I can recommend this location to anybody else

The food was actually very tasty and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing is I'd hoped the bun would have been a bit softer but other than that the steakhouse burger was delicious. I do think it is slightly overpriced. I feel for the price it should come as a meal.
