Pluma by Bluebird Bakery is a beautiful little coffee shop with great service. The coffee is exceptional, and the cinnamon buns and other baked goods are delicious. The mocha breve is exceptionally good, with the perfect amount of chocolate. The brown butter financiers are also delicious and gluten free. The coffee shop serves a blend for their drip coffee, and their espresso beans are single origin.

The baked goods are the gem of this coffee shop, with the mushroom toast being out of this world. The sourdough and multigrain bread are the foundation, and the sauce is magnificent. The croissant is as close to magic as you can get, and the Pain Suisse is magic in a pastry. The avocado toast is served with fresh piles of beautiful avocado, and the multigrain bread is the star.

The coffee shop has a full coffee menu, and the staff are patient, calm, and efficient. The space is larger than their original location, with several long tables, small tables, and window seats. The area is nearby many restaurants and shops, with parking available or a short walk from the Metro. The pastries, including croissants, danish, and quiche, are delicious, and the latte, cappuccino, and cortado are always excellent.
