Went in around 9:45 and ordered a 6 pc garlic Parmesan wings, a spicy chicken sandwich and fries.
The young lady at the counter was pleasant and the food was nice and hot. Coverage on the wings was just right.
Definitely recommend.

Terrible service everytime that I go. Had four employees with their backs to me as I waited to pick up my order. When one person did finally turn around, she just looked at me and turned back around. One of the ppl ignoring me was the supervisor. So disappointing.

I did an online order through the app and the mac and cheese was horrible. Before the delivery was given to the driver. Immediately when I placed the order to make sure the pieces were correct(that were on the ticket) no one answered the phone after multiple tries on a Wednesday while still receiving the incorrect items.

Last night was the Worst because of the manager she was so rude she made one of the employees clock out because she wanted to help the line the manager was cursing and say that the lady was slow and that she run things she didn’t wash her hands but kept touching everything on top of that she told us customers we can wait tf this is one of the worst times I ever been there I felt bad for the lady she carried on top of that I was disabled and she refused to help me

I just left the popeyes at 1226 H Street. THEY ARE CANCELLING PEOPLES ORDER. Saying they are giving the food to somebody but don’t know who it is. They don’t refund your money or remake your food. The manager lied about the receipt, canceling the order, etc. They don’t know who they are giving the orders too. We ended up having to call the police on these people!!! Even another lady came in and was having the same issue WHILE the police was there. Soooo do not order from this location. I called these people over 15 times before I decided to go in. She answered 1 time and hung up on me. They are running a scam here!!! You won’t get your money or your food !!!! We even asked the doordash people outside did any of them get handed an order that wasn’t theres!! Spent $82 and now my family has to starveeeeee and won’t get our money back or no food, no compensation, no credit or nothing.
