Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location is very hit and miss, especially when it comes to sauces. I have two 3 piece meals a chicken sandwich and only get 2 sweet heat sauce. Then the sauce seems like it's strictly for the tenders cause of that paper they put up, not for the chicken itself. So if you want more sauce buy the least sold product.

Those Spanish women n there really don’t know how to talk to ppl n there she threw me my receipt I don’t like it I grew up n this neighborhood & we don’t deserve those ppl treating us like that

Wow, poor service. Paid for sauces and Didn’t receive any of them. Employees on the phone and acting crazy, it’s no wonder. Not th first time but never again.

Chicken tenders were so dry… it kind of almost hurt to bite into them??? I was craving the biscuits - they were so good! And the sauces are still pretty good

On the day a went to this Popeyes the manager was working the cash register. She had a very nasty attitude and the look on her face was a mean one. She had gotten a few people order wrong, she stopped taking my order to go explain herself. Whereas she should have said "I will be over after I finish with this customer. " When she returned to the register her attitude was worse, I walked out of the restaurant. I refuse to spend my money there with that type of service.

The team was very disappointing last night. And nasty to us.A young man came up to the counter and shouted to us that he wasn't making any mobileOrders. He was very rude, disrespectful and ugly towards guest. he got into a shouting match with me while I was picking up 3rd party orders. Apart of this is because the restaurant was severely understaffed. Tickets allOver the counters. No standards. No handwashing. No rotating food and the place was disgusting. The young man called me a sexual derogatory slur in Spanish and the manager told me he was just a teenager and overlooked his behavior. I'm very disappointed and appalled at the behaviors I witnessed last night

This is the worst employee Teresa. She has a careless attitude towards anyone and just doesn't do her job properly. She moves like she doesn't want to work. I have to ask for sauces and utensils that were clearly on the order. The whole place needs retraining because the managers allow this. Basura.

Don’t eat at this location it’s disgusting! I ordered through door dash and this is what I received. DC has the worst fast food in the world!
