This is the most unprofessional Popeyes ever. The manager doesn’t see my order for some odd reason. I’m baffled but it’s showing on DoorDash. This store manager needs to be terminated and I will be filing a report through corporate.

I was their to order but I needed to go to the bathroom first and wash my hands. The male cashier would not give me the code to the bathroom until I ordered and paid for my order. I think that is ridiculous especially I am a DC employee in uniform. You all just lost my business.

Went here over the weekend the cashier was very nasty for know reason then over charged me then when I questioned her about it she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about so I then told her give me a refund I don’t want any of the food especially once I saw the men in the back with no gloves while handling the chicken

I ordered two meals one white one dark. These folk done sent all dark including the burnt biscuits! Gravy is like water in the mash! This location has really gone down! I’m going to Va to Popeyes moving forward this location is trash!

That little prepubescent boy with the braces and the glasses is rude. Everybody else was nice but he needs to get it together. I go there and ask kindly “hi how are you”. They responded back rudely and said “what are you here for”. I told them the order, gave me the wrong order. And just didn’t say anything after that. After waiting I saw he packed an order that looked like mine. Didn’t say anything about it. I asked him about the order he ignored me and the lovely man named Jose helped me. He didn’t have a name tag on or I would be able to provide his name. Yes I get that we have our days but he was just rude to customers but joshing it up with his coworkers. He needs to get it together and not be rude. Like come on. DISSAPOINTMENT of an human.
