The employees need to take their time reading the order receipt, I don't live in DC and to get all the way to home in Maryland just to find out your items are missing and the chicken wasn't fresh!!

My wraps were IMMACULATE lol I might just be hyping because I really liked them but I’ve never had bad customer service here that I can remember and they can’t choose their customers or the surrounding environment so can’t blame them for that.

Ever since the hype around Popeyes’ chicken sandwich during the COVID era, I’ve made it a habit to stop by Popeyes locations across the country whenever I’m craving a sandwich. But to be honest, the sandwiches just don’t hit the same anymore. While the portion size is definitely on the larger side especially compared to other places and the flavor feels underwhelming, especially when you compare it to Chick-fil-A.

This location is only 3 minutes from my place. But I prefer to drive to the other Popeyes, that's 10 minutes away. That's how bad the customer service is at this location.
