This has to be the worst Popeyes.Here you will get greeted with attitudes and nasty and unprofessional behavior I can see they lack customer service and training as well. Except for them after giving you the attitude to give the wrong order.

I placed a delivery order which I thought would not arrive due to the closed streets, when I called the people who were on this shift they helped me and were very patient, I don't know what their names are but they spoke Spanish, thank you for your patience, my food arrived hot. ?

Drive thru orders are very prone to mistakes. Twice in the same month, I've ordered mild tenders just to receive spicy tenders instead. Also, both times, I did not receive all of my sauces. When you're paying $15+ each for a combo meal, I should be able to expect some degree of accuracy in order fulfillment. But lately, the only thing they get right are the drinks. On both occasions, after leaving the drive thru, I also had to go back into store, wait in line again, to get the sauce order fixed. I pass plenty of other options on my homeward commute, none of which have a problem getting my order right. I'm going to stop going here for awhile, maybe try back in a year or so. That's easily 24 orders gone to their competitors, or about $700+ in sales. Hopefully, in the meantime, they'll get their act together.
