When you go inside it looks nice, but…. I don’t know about anyone else, but I feel when someone is serving your food that they should have gloves on. It’s too much going on and then the gentleman that was packing the food his arms were very hairy and he was touching other things, and he did not have gloves on his hands. I told the person that was on the front with him, she turns to look at him and then turns back as if that was the normal practice. To me that is a food safety violation. I will not be frequenting that restaurant ever again. 😱😱😡😡😡

Staff need some training about how to treat customers big time. They laugh at you when you tell them you are a missing an item that you have pay.

This location is the closest to my job and I absolutely hate it. They NEVER have garlic parmesan wings. How is it possible to have something on your menu that you NEVER have when a customer orders it. It's absolutely ridiculous.

They threw away my daughters food and kicked her out for no reason.

I purchased the $20.00 festive box the chicken and tenders were good but the sides were absolutely disgusting. The mac & cheese you could tell was old and my fries were under cooked and soggy please do better in preparing the food.

Love that sandwich so I come often. The vibes are always bad and I’m not sure if that’s the fault of the customers or employees. Probably a bit of both! May be some staffing issues it’s pretty slow.

Parking is very difficult. At lunchtime. The shops are very busy.

I ordered a 2 piece white chicken, beans and rice combo without the biscuit. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t chew it. Luckily I had decided to order and eat inside. I asked for a refund because you could tell that the chicken was old. He offered me a fresh batch, I declined because it should have been fresh from the beginning. I request a refund and paid for the red beans and rice.
