The Mystery of the lost ? key, I went in with my family to eat, and I ask the register to wash my hands, and my surprise is that both keys to both bathrooms have been lost more than one bathroom, "according to them" the place in In general it looks very bad, everything was dirty and smelled horrible, the employees were not in uniform and there was also "0" attention to the diners. I recommend staying as far away from this place as you can, there is even another Popeyes 7 minutes away, they will serve you well there.

I ordered 4 chicken wings was given 4 chicken legs charged 14.69 for a meal consisting of a breast, leg, thigh and a wing. Person taking order asked if I wanted four fish legs I told him no I wanted four wings. I got to window he ask if I ordered four fish legs I told him no I ordered four wings I didn’t check it took person their ordered to discover 4 CHICKEN LEGS. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS POPEYES TOO MANY PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD WITH IT.

The lady who was at the register was completely RUDE we had to leave! seems as she was having a bad day and was also gossiping with a co worker about another employee and decided to take her anger out on her customers that aren’t the same race as her. Will never come back to this location

It all depends on what time you come to this location. I didn't want to return to this location after they did me wrong on Christmas Eve a few years ago; like the time I was at the long drive-thru line and I got to the speaker and they announced that they were closed. I even told them we were waiting a long time and they should take my order but no avail. Nowadays, my mother talked me into ordering there again. I had a coupon for 2 can dine and didn't realize we were short on a chicken piece until getting home. I only came here because it's closest to my workplace.

first off The manager had a attitude. where u order at, (the menu/drive-thru, it doesn't work at all and they had a sign saying that u can order there and when complaining to the manager she gets mad and walks off. they messed up my meal. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich wit bacon and cheese but they just gave me a dry sandwhich (meat and bread). the costumer service was horrible and they need more workers

This is by far THE WORST Popeys location. We waited to give our order for at least 3 minutes until someone said they'd be with us. Then when we drove to the WI dow that was another 10 minutes only for our order to be incorrect. I got a sweet tea instead of a diet coke then my friend got a 2 PC combo when he ordered the 3 PC. It was the worst. This was the 2nd time this happened to us. We are not coming back to this location.

This used to be my favorite Popeyes….. not anymore….the new management here is terrible….it’s a short light skinned Spanish lady that works here…. She a very mean person….. she won’t let you use the bathroom and she’s always mean mugging…. The older management was so sweet kind and respectful…. I hate coming here???Parking: NA

Food was good, I can't complain about Colonel Sanders's Recipe but the attitude of the manager on turn on 11/09/2023 at 6:00 pm is very disappointing. My co-workers and I spend $90 on food and when my co-worker pickup the order he did not check if everything was inside the bag. The order of 8 biscuits and a large order of coleslaw was missing. After almost 30 minutes of waiting we just wanted to eat so we did and after dinner my co-worker decide to go to the restaurant and ask for the missing food. The manager insisted that she gave everything inside of the bag and she call us liars, we just assume that she was going to be an honest person and accept her mistake but we were wrong and after some yelling back and forth he decide to come back empty handed with a lost of about $22. After reading all the bad reviews about this place and the attitude of the employees I wonder why this place is still up and running.My recommendation is that if you like Popeye's over the bad service, bad attitude and discrimination and long waiting time for your food, this is the place to go.
