It was good customer service they accepted my Popeyes coupon and when I asked for extra sauce they gave it to me even when they forgot something my French fries they stopped me and said here's your fries you forgot to put it in the bag appreciate that good customer service

Drove there to get a fish sandwich. Only to find out they stopped selling them even though they had a poster on the outside of the store. Not to mention the manager whom was taking my order was very rude

I came in with managed expectations since I grew up in the community and even worked in fast-food restaurants as a teenager. The service was mostly okay, and the restaurant itself was clean. However, my issue lies with the tenders. As a Popeye's fanatic, I’ve tried tenders from every location within a 20-mile radius, and these were by far the worst.

To start, the tenders were shriveled, the chicken tasted old, and they had to have been reheated at least six times—to the point where I couldn’t even chew through them. The fries were equally bad, and I can’t believe they serve food like this with a straight face.

I ordered through the app (because, again, I’m a fanatic), so I didn’t get to see the food being prepared before I sat down in the dining area to eat. I’d say they only serve food like this because they’re in the jood, but I live near the one on MLK/Malcolm X Ave, and the food there is always fresh and hot.

I hope management takes this as constructive criticism and makes improvements because it’s a simple fix.

We ordered through Door Dash. We love popeyes but this was not a great experience. We were missing one of four orders for starters. That means one person could eat. 2nd. The food was undesirable, i.e., the chicken was cold, flavorless and dry. We ordered biscuits and jelly but the jelly was missing along with any other condiments. When we reported the missing meal we merely received a refund for the difference.
We are disappointed that the popeyes in this demographic area is not motivated to do better or provide better. Would we receive such poor service in Northern Virginia? I'm asking. I'm curious. This type of service would not be sustainable in another demographic. Do better be better. Dear Minnesota Ave popeyes you need to step up your game and provide quality service to your community. This is a opportunity for coaching. Take heed.

This popeyes is the fastest serving popeyes I ever been too. They get you in and out. The food is always fresh and they let you use coupons and all. Right on Minnesota ave, you can't miss it.
