Everything was cold and the mac and cheese was old . I kept getting kicked off The app had to pay extra for ketchup and hot sauce It was unacceptable that staff could not speak English and had to translate for other customers 🤬

I made 2 orders of 3 pieces, and the person who served them clearly did it very reluctantly because there were a lot of people and gave me 3 mini pieces at home, almost throwing the bag at me, because I returned to work to Being able to have lunch there, I didn't come back to complain, normally they serve 1 large piece and 2 small ones but this was terrible. I would like to attach a photo but the page does not allow it.

Walk in order. Did have to wait a few minutes before cashier noticed I was standing there however that was not the big problem. All 3 pieces of chicken was partially cooked. Would never order from that place again.

The number of times orders are wrong from this place is truly astounding! Missing/incorrect items, wrong sides, leaving out sauces. It’s always a gamble knowing if what you order is what you actually get.

The food here is delicious. Their fried chicken is great — always hot and juicy with good-sized portions. The red beans and rice is amazing. Their fries are usually good too — though you can sometimes get a soggy batch.You can complain that they don’t clean the floors enough or that the people behind the counter are over-worked. Both probably true — but it’s a Popeyes in Adams Morgan, not Chez Paris.

I placed a mobile order while I was at the restaurant and let the staff know that I was picking up my order at that time, no one paid attention to me, I was ignored until a manager arrived and started working on my order but 34 minutes had already passed .

Just terrible, floors full of food while everyone stands around, laughing joking, was discriminated against left waiting for 22 minutes for an online order, no one in the store at the time. Just bad experience and scared to eat my food because the rest was carried from the back not put on the heating rack.

Waiting long to be served, leaving and returning then not being able to dine-in, then when it was my turn to order the cashier was totally focusing on shouting towards people in the dining space instead of focusing on taking my order. Then, from management assistance wanted to over-charge despite and after saying my specific request would be honored. All that took an additional lengthy period for my transaction to process since then correction in the system was needed but took a while to hit, then to process my swiped payment entry. There's more to the outcome but this is enough for me sharing.First time at this particular restaurant and.... What do you think the rest is?

I ordered 3 12pc dinners with a side of fries when I arrived home I realized I did not receive any fries and called the store multiple times and no one answered that is very poor customer service and I want my refund
