The recent reviews are true. This place is terrible. We decided to give Post Pub a try, we live in the neighbourhood. First things first: this place smells. I would never order food here.
The bartender however is the most rude person I have ever seen. Shouting, swearing and being extremly rude to paying customers.
She was literally screaming (and I mean SCREAMING) and complaining about our order from behind the bar. (One beer and a cocktail)
We left immediatly. She might have been drunk or on something else around 5pm? Because she was acting like a loose cannon.
Very weird atmosphere
This place is probably going bankrupt soon and with this kind of attitude they deserve it.
Post pub is an superb after-work drinks spot with great burgers. Amazing and friendly service

If you're looking for juicy burgers, hot & crispy fries, this is the place. Our cheddar bacon burgers were absolutely delicious!

Server never came over to our table. We had to order food at the bar. It took a really long time to get, our party got our food all at different times. Atmosphere was dingy and didn’t feel clean. The workers were yelling at each other. I would recommend going elsewhere.

While it is a cool looking old bar with plenty of decent 4-person booths to sit at, the service was not great. Maybe they were having a bad day or something but I can only review it based on this experience. If you're looking for fast and friendly service, I wouldn't recommend going here. It took 20-25 minutes from sitting down until we got our drinks during happy hour, and they were not that busy. When the drinks arrived the server walked away while we were asking about ordering food. Each interaction with the server made it feel like we were inconveniencing them for being there. We left shortly after finishing our drinks, so I didn't get to try the food.
