The Madison in DC was a Very Cool hotel at a great price! Everyone loves Abdul. He was on point. He gave us quick, fast service. He was very friendly! I would definitely come back again. Happy hour starts at 4:00. The wings are on point. The beer is good as well.

Abdul was an absolute delight in the lobby cafe. After a long day of museum going and sightseeing we decided to enjoy a slower paced evening dinner and drinks in the lobby. He was quick to bring our daughters out two glasses of lemonade and take care of every request we had throughout the evening. We sat and enjoyed family chatting and laughing slowly ordering one dish after another. He was great and very accommodating to the requests of extra forks, plates for sharing, glasses of water and oh ok, one more dessert. Thank you Abdul for taking care of our family t. It was a delightful way to close out a wonderful day in DC.

Dinner at the Lady Madison, server Abdul, was entertaining, great food, nice atmosphere and we loved the service and attention by Abdul. He made us laugh and kept the table engaged. Hotel was very refreshing, well appointed. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic customer service, lovely lobby, great location. My room was a little worn, on a low floor, and had some kind of machinery/scaffolding outside the window, so it was pretty dark. But it was large and comfortable, so just fine for a night. Also - no in-room coffee. And as bad as hotel room coffee always is, when you’re a 5am riser, not having it is a giant pain.

Always have a great stay at the Madison, staff is awesome, location is the best. Abi was awesome in particular on my last stay. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that every time my room has a faint smell of BO. I don’t know if that comes from the AC system or something else but it’s definitely a slight annoyance. Other than that - all around great.

Beautiful hotel and friendly attentive staff. The lobby was gorgeous and a nice place to hang out. The drinks and dinner menu was awesome too. Loved the delicious mocktails. Shout out to Abdul, thanks for your excellent service!

I LOVE DC. Ive been to all 50 states and DC is my all time favorite big city to visit. Very walkable. Safe. Clean. Everyone is well dressed and looks professional. Friendly people. Beautiful restaurants. Amazing museums. U can feel the power that runs the world around you.

Abdul did a great job serving us. He was polite, welcoming, and got our order in quickly. Only critique is that the vegetarian dish could have been a bit larger but other than that it was very delicious.

The Madison is a modern, hotel with a historical vibe. Rooms were comfy and QUIET - a huge plus. Everyone from doormen to concierge and reception were absolutely delightful. Great smiles, great conversation and the best hospitality. The restaurant, Lady Madison, is a real treat. If Abdul is your server, be prepared for fun and exceptional hospitality. He is outstanding and remembered us, every time.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. Was able to check in early, around 8 a.m. after an early morning plane flight. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bar was excellent-I don't remember the bartender's name, but he remembered what I ordered, even after only being there one night. Didn't eat at the bar or restaurant, but the prices were comparable for what you'd pay elsewhere in DC and there were Happy Hour specials. Free coffee in the lobby. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I visit with family.

The hotel was beautiful decorated, very clean and friendly staff. The location is centrally located. Juan G was very helpful with our bags and friendly to us every time we saw him. He always asked us how our day was

We stayed here for 2 nights over Easter weekend. The lobby is chic and elegant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was pristine. Breakfast was very good (we had ours as part of the breakfast package otherwise it’s $26). The drinks at the bar were good but a bit pricey - be sure to check out the happy hour specials. Dinner at Lady Madison was also very good and reasonably price. My only complaint was there were a few loud guests talking late at night. I’m the flip side we heard no noise from the street.
