I want to shout out Jekell at Potbelly’s for outstanding customer service. He was very helpful, listened to my concern, and made sure the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to receive such kind and attentive service. He definitely made my day!

The team was happy to have us there. It felt like everyone was enjoying what they were doing. It was a really nice chill vibe. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Recommend the Italian with the works.

I went into this location today and I approached the counter. The two ladies behind the counter were carrying on a conversation and didn't speak to or acknowledge my presence. I had to say something to get them to even look at me. The convo itself was not business related, and as a repeat customer I was quite displeased by that. I will not return to this location.

WORST location ever, constantly forgets items, refuse to answer the phone, dirty establishment and the list goes on. There are too many around to settle for here

Food is greatbut I'll skip the app from now on. I use apps to skip the line, but here I end up watching people come in after me, stand in line, order, pay and leave before I do... and all I've ordered is a shake.

Love this location! Friendly service and good food! The Wreck is my favorite but the other options are yummy as well
A regional manager should really take the time to come check in on this location because service is an abomination.

Ordered the turkey avocado sub (AVO) so-called original size. Costs about $11.50 with tax. What I got was half a sandwich. Pretty sure subs were not originally that small. Guess you have to order the Biggie sub at $15 to get a whole sandwich. Food was not that good anyway. quality has gone downhill. Price has skyrocketed. $11 for half a sub RIPOFF alert. Stay Away. Potbelly is dead to me now,
I wish I could give zero stars for Service. Every single time, without fail, if I order on the app, my sandwich isn't even STARTED until I walk in (usually 5 mins AFTER it tells me it will be ready) and ask about it. What on earth is the point of ordering ahead?! This happens when there are zero other customers in the restaurant so it's not that they are too busy. They just are not trained well and don't care - please, invest in training and don't keep employees who prove over and over that they don't care. I'm not exaggerating when I say this has been my experience every time for almost 2 years now. I have continued to visit simply because of convenience and proximity to my office, but I deleted my app finally the other day and will gladly walk out of my way from now on to avoid this situation. Unbelievably disappointed and dismayed that this has been allowed to continue for this long.

The Mac n cheese is never ready. They say they don’t make it before 11, which doesn’t make sense because they offer breakfast AND lunch before 11. I’ve went in at 1pm and they said they were out and didn’t offer to make more. How is that acceptable? They said because it takes 30 minutes. Why don’t you make sure you always have it ready to go? When I came back later this afternoon, they agreed to make me some but told me it would be a 30 minute wait. This is now my 5th attempt in the last 2 weeks to get the potbelly Mac n cheese I love and come here for. Maybe I’m one of the few that orders it, but it is disappointing that a featured menu item never seems to be ready or in stock.

They have been able to duplicate the original in Chicago. The food is good and fresh, the selection has something for everyone.

Shop was empty of patrons at around 10.30 but I don’t know why: super welcoming staff and great food ready quickly. Meatballs sandwich better than a Subway meatball (more balls and better flavour). Cold brew satisfied my fussy-with-his-caffeine husband (American coffee just doesn’t stack up to Australian brews). His breakfast skinny was satisfying too. We’d recommend to anyone who loves a hand-held meal in a nice restaurant with lovely staff.
